West Bend Company came into existence in 1911 as a producer of aluminum goods. After 10 successful years they moved further and entered into manufacturing cookware and small kitchen appliances and soon became the most recognized brand for small appliances worldwide.  

West Bend with its hundred years of serving American families has very well amalgamated and treasured as a part of family traditions. Many new products have introduced with the passage of time but the superior quality and high performance is still talked about.

In 2003 the Focus Products Group, LLC an investment and growth oriented holding company with its headquarters in Vernon Hills IL acquired The West Bend Company and renamed it as West Bend Housewares. Four years later in 2007 Focus Products acquired another inventive Utah based house wares company. Both the acquired companies were merged to create a new leader in innovative kitchen appliances named as Focus Electrics.

This combination brought wide range of products for the consumers. Today the West Bend Company is the major manufacturer of small electric appliances and few of them are automatic coffee makers, coffee urns, drip coffee makers and electric coffee percolators.
